Many of the posts above sum this forum up in a nutshell. They don't even know they are doing it anymore...

Its a shame really. Like SaintsForever this used to be THE place for all Saints news but its dying and unceremonious death. Sadly ruined by a vocal minority. If only the silent majority would post anymore we could clean this place out and jump on any kn0bhead posters. I might bugger off back to SaintsList on Yahoo Groups... a much more discerning read. Does Stallard still post there??

Cork losing his starting place is real test of his character too. Morgan doesn't look as effective without his wingman either. Hmm.

My *guess* is that the poster having some fun was referring to the fact that people were actually asking if tickets would be available when it is pretty damned obvious they will be. This fixture has no chance of selling out in either the home end or the away end IMO. The fact that people were asking encouraged the contributor to poke some fun at the very suggestion and those asking. I could be wide of the mark and it could indeed be an in-joke that I have missed somewhere.

I think it was an attempt at some humor.. not a board superstar so am probably missing the in-joke myself too :-)

I thought he looked great in his first 45 mins for the club considering he's only been with the squad 5 minutes. His movement and technique are clearly on a higher level to most of our squad. Those little chipped balls are great and add another dimension to our attacks.. Someone able to find others accurately in space can't be under estimated. Yes he looks lively and passionate but I like that bit of aggression. We need someone who is a bit of a handful sometimes. My only fear is that based off that performance alone, other managers will target him as a player to wind up in an attempt to get him carded. He could end up a marked man in more was than one.

I think I may of exceeded my bandwidth allowance. Virgin introduced that 2 hour thing recently didn't they? I watched all the buildup plus first half which must of been close to 2 hours. I checked my download speed via speedtest.net and found I was getting half my 30MB speed. Could of been related to that I guess.

Yeah strange as you say. I'll defo try again as when it was good... It was really good.. Close to HD on my 46" Sony via laptop using chrome/hola.

Nothing wrong with my net connection. Virgin cable rock solid. Can stream netflix and stream anything else I want with no probs.

Hmmm.. First game I've had chance to watch tonight in full and have to say after a promising start (build up show and 1st half) were great. Second half was intermittent quality. Barely watchable tbh at times. Shame. I'll give it a few more goes but otherwise I'll sack it off. Hopefully a one off.

I see Luke Shaw getting some attention over at redcafe.net. To be fair to the majority on the thread discussing him.. they seem pretty keen on him but aware it will be difficult to prise him away from Saints. I think Luke is doing the right thing. That Anelka video doesn't inspire confidence does it... he looks absolutely disinterested in being there. I predict he will score 6 goals this season and be a massive flop for them.
