Nothing ever leaks from the Southampton boardroom, but this does. Cortese would no doubt be delighted with the reaction he has received here and other media which has generally been favourable once people moved on from the brutal way he dismissed Adkins. For what it is worth, I think he is very good for us. That said, nobody is bigger than the club and if he does move on - someone will replace him. Personally I hope he does get the backing he is clearly asking for because it means that we will have the materials needed to fulfil an ambition I think he shares with many Saints fans.

Whilst I disagree with CB Fry's rather aggressive posting style, he has got a point. They will my the law of averages do some things right. The cheap kids deal looks well thought out and that advert not the worst I have ever seen. Not everything that emirates from Fatpipes will be worthy of a facepalm. But dont despair, there will continue to be humour.
