Just waiting for Graham Rix to sign him for Pompey now. As to his value, unlike Mutu, he now has no book value as it is unlikely after the Ched Evans manhunt any club would sign him let alone pay a fee.

I suspect the club will appeal. Although the FA will uphold the red card it may review the length of ban. On that basis I think he might get revised 3 games total, 1 for the red and 2 for the previous sending offs. Maybe be wishful thinking but let's every party 'exit with honour'.

Would like to see Wanyama stay. On his day gives us something extra defensively. That said he is a good player, not a great player. Think it will be a Clyne situation where we get circa £10m for him with a year left on his deal in the Summer.

Forster was magnificent, but Kelvin's was once in a career stuff.

Decent performance tonight. 1st half we were the more likely to score and 2nd half they pressed on to us as we dropped back. I was in the prawn sandwich seats behind Forster's goal and along with the 1st half point blank save from Ozil he put in a world class performance 2nd half. It was very similar to last years game without the inevitable sucker punch at the end. Back four all good, vic and Romeu good but wasteful in possession. Long fed off scraps and Mane needs a goal. All in all with Davis and Austin fit and Classie to return we are good enough for top 6 this season. Big game Saturday now.
