What's up with Davis?

Any advice on doing a half marathon? Considering doing Reading half in April. Running 10k twice a week right now, much of a step up?

Bumping this as I purchased a fitness tracker in June. Wasn't sure which brand to go for but since my company was putting in Salesforce and some American fella at Dreamforce Light in London set Fitbit ran on SF I thought I'd try it. Fitness trackers alone are not the answer, they do however provide motivated individuals with the ability to make educated decisions around diet and exercise. The gamification aspect also drives people on, so a bit of fun as well. from biting a Fitbit HR to give me advanced notice of a heart attack, I am now 3 stone lighter, able to run 10k in 50 minutes and generally feel much better for it.

£20m? Wow. United really are in a bad way. No academy and no long term plan. They may well beat us on Saturday, but they are ****ed for a generation.

Scott Bevan was one of ours, has done alright in the lower leagues.

I'd be surprised if we had paid £80k. He was rumoured to be circa £50k at QPR so it may be somewhere in the middle.

Assuming Austin is in £80k per week, and Long believed to be circa £50k Charlie Austin £4m + £18m wages for 4.5 years Shane Long £12m + £10m wages for 4 years Same cost over their contract.

This, I'd be delighted if he got to Shaw's level but he'll never win a Balon D'Or which I suspect Bale will.
