  1. A fighting 2-2. Coming from behind. Make them feel beaten while sparing our blushes.
  2. No, I have the same things. 325k transfer budget in both career and challenge modes. Was a little puzzled by it!
  3. He also answers the question of 'Who is playing for a club who needs the money that can also score goals, provide a physical presence going forward and work as a holding attacker that can bring his team-mates into play?' I personally do not feel he is merely an average championship player, I feel he is a player of good ability who is wasted in such a wretched Coventry team. Going on such a rant of a difference of opinion really is needless. An agreement to dissagree is all that's required.
  4. Also, a fan vote from all Saintsweb members may be an easier way of deciding popularity and ranking order. Say as many members list their favourite 20 players. This would be detrimental to those from prior generations though.
  5. Including this roll call I have a list of nearly 80 names down already. Fitzhugh, I may need a little help when it comes to the specifics of these fine gentlemen. It's a good point regarding managers. But where do you draw the line? I'm not sure flexing beyond the 'player' idea would really be a good idea.
  6. In preparation for my next blog I am toying with the idea of compiling a list of 100 players who have been the most influential on our history. (Very much a rip off of the Scouser's 100 players who shook the Kop... Granted, but still an idea with some genuine merit.) So, We need nominations, verging from the obvious to the personal, the sublime to the rediculous on who should be on this list. Also, I'm sure between is we can come up with a better name for the run-down!
  7. Jutkiewitz, Adomah, Alex Smithees and A.N. Other centre back please.
  8. No, but that's purely as a means of self protection. I doubt we'll have a better chance then this season.
  9. A life in the shadows will not make a man. He needs to leave.
  10. Hope he is given his P45. Embarrasing.
  11. Today's the day....... ...I risk trying a St Mary's boil in the bag burger.
  12. Merkel has just said that they will now be pushing for political union on the back of this. Germany now have what they have desired for centuries. They will soon have conducted a subtly executed but masterfully delivered bloodless conquest of Europe.
  13. Glad that our Prime Minister has made a stand. The Euro is something our economy is dependant on but it is a terrible idea executed dreadfully, there is no point damaging ourselves further by conceeding more of our own independance to prop it up! Times are going to be difficult short term whatever the outcome, as such there can be no immediate right answer. Longer term though this will give us better flexibility and options to act. As such that can only be a good thing.
  14. I was going to be totally bonkers and wear a replica shirt.
  15. That was Rupert Lowe's big gamble, it failed and he was turfed out. We went into administration. Justice in that case prevailed.
  16. That cash never came through to the club, they loaded it onto the entity they sold on when they did a runner. The money therefore never existed to pay for your cup win and never came close to the club. You bloody cheated. We know it, Coventry fans know it, Derby fans know it, every club in the country now understands what a disgusting charade it was with one exception, the one who's fans benefited from the most disgusting act of fraud ever seen in english football, The Skates like you who live in denial because that cup win is now ALL YOU HAVE. I hope it keeps you warm on a cold november night at Edgeley Park you vermin.
  17. The only one I can think of is Newcastle. At least they have managed to exceed 45k crowds in recent times.
  18. Oh man-up ffs. Frankly there's never a good time to take on a wounded animal, particularly in it's own back yard. After all, it has nothing to lose.

    Kepler 22-b

Very true, I wonder what the anticipated planet's density is.

Glad no-one has mentioned 'colonisation' yet. Especially as the gravity there would be far too high for us to survive.
  21. Well, system restore seems to have done the trick! Something caused my computer to have a 'moment,' now it is past. Thanks for all the ideas guys.
  22. No, that didn't work, although the integrated graphics card disabled itself as soon as the new card was put in. I am running the PC through HDMI on my tele at the moment and it's running a system restore. I will try again afterwards to see if it has cured the issue.
  23. Ok, good shout. The computer is working through my TV (via HDMI). Trying the monitor with my work laptop now.....And it also works. I will try now the monitor again on my computer....No, the problem seems to be the monitor output port on my computer/graphics card.I take it that HDMI to conventional monitor input port cables are available?
