WOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!! Well, if it was good enough 7 years ago....

Alas no, it's a sarcastic way of refering to local Yorkshire radio. They would have Gravy on Ice cream up there if they could get away with it.

Would she fancy a trip to Bristol? -
The reaction of Cov fans is interesting. They rated him as premiership standard when he left them. Was a crusading left back who did defend and provided a definite forward threat. He is also a free kick specialist, so we now have back-up there if Rickie is not in the frame. They feel he's not as good as he was 2/3 years ago but agree he could be playing at a higher level. They were livid when he went to Celtic.

Until the day when Charlie Wayman is blessing kittens and serenading those leaving St Mary's with Waterloo Sunset I will never believe. -
Arsene Wenger - massive, floppy skinned hypocrite
Colinjb replied to Crab Lungs's topic in General Sports
Arsenal have become the joke club of English football. They have pretentions of winning the league yet all of their star names want out and they have been beaten to the punch for replacements. If they finish 6th they will have had a good season, yet they will sack Wenger before that happens, so they will finish lower in the resultant turmoil. -
SFC Youth Academy - currently active professional players

Regardless of this, I stand by my earlier judgement. -
So he would have the 'pace up front' so many on here crave? Frankly, I feel the whole pace argument is a bit over-rated. If we just needed that we would start with Forte every game.

What kind of player is he? Quick? Poacher? Flair? And how would he fit in? The squad seems to be buzzing at the moment, could it disrupt it!?

I'm sure the FA Level 1 Badge holders at Oliver's Battery F.C. would be equally grateful, as well as the P.E. teachers at Kings' School. -

Did he play for a Saints youth or reserve team before making his first team debut? He went from Oliver's Battery in Winchester to Saints. Your semantics made nothing here, he is a product of Saint's youth scouting and precursor to the current academy. He is a product of Saints. -
It's become the convenient term for a faux by four.

I dissagree, it's a winable game and a chance to progress. Probably the best draw we could have hoped for. -

I cannot dissagree, but our actions, performances and attitudes suggest we are aiming higher. -

That's funny, because my gut feeling says Dickson! It's the whole Harding/Dickson debate rearing it's marmite-esque head again! -

It's the third year of the five year plan already, and there's no holding back so it seems. There is the part of me that fears we may be trying to show our hand too soon and that we may not be able to sustain it beyond this season if all doesn't go to plan. And there is the other side of me that is seriously excited. -
Not sure what to make of this. But as a fan of Dan Harding I trust he is better then what we have.

There was a greater loss in customer numbers for my employer (an industrial lubricants supplier) over the last government then at any time over the company's history. Ask the workers at Ryton, at Longbridge and at all of their suppliers what Labour did for them.

Funny that the champagne socialist regime that has just gone did their very best to try and kill what was left off themselves.

I rate Keith Hill, Barnsley will be resilient opposition. My team: --------------------- Lambert --------------- Connolly ------------------------ Lallana ---------------- Cork ---------------- Hammond -------------- De Ridder Harding -------------- Fonte ----------------- Martin ---------------- Butterfield ---------------------------------- Davis ---------------------------------------
