Ladbrokes Early Thoughts On Our Promotion Chances Were Slightly Off Lol
Colinjb replied to Jeff Le Taxi's topic in The Saints
Yeah, this. -
All that, and yet no-one linked us to Rafael Scheidt.

Did Steve Jobs have direct control over their quality/testing department? If not, let the scam continue. If yes, then the user easy yet not exactly exceptional hardware will not be quite as good.
-
Maybe we are looking at someone to dance their way through the opposition?
-
I would say (in the nicest posible way) it's naive. You are assuming there is some good in the trolls, they are just there to provoke reaction for their own amusement. The expressions and intent of others are immaterial aside from their own desire for validation.
-
The more you feed them. The Daleks, the Charlie Waymans etc, the more they will fish. I would personally prefer that a mod deletes this thread, I can assure you Kraken that I mean no personal offence when I say that.

True, but there is no smoke without fire. As you said without the full story an informed decision cannot be made, but with an incomplete story the same can be said. Something is evidently not right with Punch here, there is more then enough circumstantial happenings to show that, why else would a league 1 side loan out a player capable of contributing to a premiership side? Therefore the story should be humanely ended for me.

I would say not everyone: "Nonetheless I feel there is no way back for him, as said further up the thread the bridges seem to have been burnt both ways. A real shame as he has the individual talent to make a real impact... but the team is more important then one man."
-
He did indeed, yet he has not even been on the bench yet. Hopefully he can play a positive role though.

Towards the end of last year he started to lose his consistency. He started to make silly mistakes and made poorer judgements in terms of his positioning. The goal conceeded at Walsall was a case in point. He can still do a job for us, but I fear he would be exposed/shown up v mobile or intelligent opposition now. I just believe he is nearing retirement.

I believe that incident has been proven to be a myth, i'm sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong. Nonetheless I feel there is no way back for him, as said further up the thread the bridges seem to have been burnt both ways. A real shame as he has the individual talent to make a real impact... but the team is more important then one man.

You've got to love this guy really. From the Jack Dee school of comedy. (No, not Peter Symonds' College.)

A shame this has fallen through, oh well. Onwards and upwards. The Elliott Ward incident had crossed my mind too, especially after seeing the reports on Sky and the BBC before the club had revealed our interest before anything official.
-
The anticipation of the event is always more exciting then the event itself.
-
I was more thinking Jakobsson.
-
Sounds familiar.
-
That's the thing. There is no way any of the individuals concerned would have actively wanted to harm the club.... but their actions... Their intentional actions did. The road to hell is after all paved with good intentions.

#Awaits Dalek's pesimistic viewpoint#

Oh god I havn't heard that track for ages.
-
Good luck to the guy. Just didn't get a look in when we went for experience rather then potential. He did well for us at Wembley, like Paul Wotton.
-
He just about held on for me. I wouldn't want him to undergo that kind of 'attention' on a regular basis.
-
A very fair point. I don't, I'm just taking it on trust that it is the Simon Clifford's twitter account.
-
Could this be worth putting as a news article? It may not be relevant to our immediate circumstances but as a revelation about the prior running of the club this is staggering.
-
In other words, eaxactly what we needed Danny Seaborne to be on Saturday.

"Had I been Harry and Co I would have hated me too." I wonder, had Rupert actually bothered backing Harry Redknapp.....
