  5. He does a mean line in T shirts.
  6. Why don't you just clear off down the pub? It's what I did when my ex held one.
  7. James Allen (despite being a poor commentator the guy knows his stuff) is detailed in this article: James Allen has urged F1 fans to 'put your money on Brawn for Melbourne win' and declared that 'it's official' that Brawn GP boast 'the fastest car in the F1 field' ahead of the new season. According to Allen, the former ITV commentator, 'The Barcelona test, which finished on Thursday, could well go down as one of the most remarkable events in recent F1 history' as the back-from-the-dead rebranded Honda outfit 'showed that it is faster over the race distance than the Ferrari!' Writing for his official website, JamesAllenonF1, he continued in an apparent tone of giddiness: 'It looks very much as though the battle for victory in Melbourne will be between Jenson Button and Rubens Barrichello, as long as the car lasts the distance. 'If you make a direct comparison between the race distance runs of Massa and Button on Wednesday and Barrichello on Thursday you see that Jenson does 19 laps below 1m 21, Barrichello does 14, while Massa manages just 2! 'What is even more impressive is that on the 19th lap of his 20 lap first stint Rubens does a 1m 19.971 - startling proof that the Brawn looks after its tyres very well over a long run. The team really are in amazing shape! In contrast the Ferrari's lap times tail off into the 1m 22s at the end of the 20 lap stints.' Massa has subsequently admitted that, regardless of the teams' respective fuel levels, Ferrari simply could not match the pace displayed by Brawn GP to top the timesheets in Melbourne.
  8. I did see your post mate, frankly though, I am still in disbelief. I really hope that Jenson and Rubens finally have the cars to show their own way, but the cynic in me cannot bring myself to believe.
  9. According to a quote from Sam Michael, William's chief engineer (or equivalent.) If things continue as they are Brawn GP will win at Australia by an entire lap. Unbelievable.
  10. It is Orient he wants, but come on! No harm in attempting to get in touch. Honestly all you cynics have no entreprenerial spirit!
  11. I agree, I think it's just been hyped up as a way of lowering expectation, there are many clubs worse off then us in this league.
  12. Just heard the score I take it, COME ON LADS.
  13. Hello Jan.
  14. F*cking get in there Perry! Come on Saints, DON'T F*CK IT UP!!!!
  15. So there is no game news/updates on the forum tonight, it's all on this twitter thing?
  16. Do the people that set these laws actually bother using the roads at all!? Utter f*cking insanity from a bunch of Nanny state d*ckheads. First chance I have to emigrate, I'm taking it.
  17. No, Hungary 1998, Schumacher's shining glory. Had to draw a 25 second or so lead out over 19 laps after adjusting his strategy to a 3 stopper over Hakkinen's 2. He did it. Utterly utterly brilliant. I remember 1997 and 2006 being rather exciting too, but on the whole year, Hungary is a bit crap.
  18. Wow, a tale of two halves. First half wasn't bad, played well. Second half not so much, taking off McGoldrick was a mistake, he was putting himself about alright, something Patterson failed to do. We where terrible in the second half, all our attacks where from the wings, yet every single cross was high, moderately paced and dead easy for Maik Taylor or Jaidi to deal with. Wotte's tactics today where questionable, particularly sending Saiejs up front for the last ten minutes. Dissapointing, on the basis of the first half we could have got a point there.
  19. 125 quid!? That's cheaper then football aid. I'ld be up for it.
  20. Just to clarify the point I made. The e-mail system my firm uses is a wierd and wonderful combination of Outlook and Lotus. Synchronisation with the iPhone causes Outlook to crash, so the point you made regarding e-mails is spot on. Also, the sleek and shiny exterior is very sweet, but all too easily smudged in the dirty greasy factories/industrial units I venture too. Out of 10 staff three have already been broken, mainly due to them simply slipping out of peoples hands after the users failed to totally cleanse their hands of grease/various other lubricant and the call quality has been fair to middling. All the toys are fantastic, but as for working on spreadsheets etc, we have portable laptops for it. For our purposes a more durable unit would have been a far greater idea.
  21. A nice selection, surprised he didn't put Hungary 1998 down there though. Delighted with Japan 1994 being there though, my favourite Damon Hill victory.
  22. To echo the previous comments and feelings of my previous thread, yes, the protests MUST, absoutlely must continue.
  23. I read from that that Wotte admires the resilience and mentallity he has developed due to his injuries. So if he can get fit, he will get a chance.
  24. The disasterous Dodd/Gorman reign was the problem. Under Burley it was mid table, then an almighty slump followed, fitness suffered and Pearson came in and did his bloody best to save a sinking ship. Thank heavens he achieved it.
