  1. Foxestalk making for good reading 😂
  2. If he goes, he goes, and I can't fault him at all for that. You have to grasp opportunities as they come. If he does stay, it will be even better than when we kept KWP in 2023/24. I don't expect he will. Not only is he far too good for the Championship, but there is a lot of money to be made on him. But his value can't be measured simply by stats and numbers. This might be very naive thinking from me, but maybe some clubs will see 2 goals in 36 games and a 12-point season and not think he's all that? I don't know, but could our terrible season be a benefit for us this window, and mask the potential of our stronger players?
  3. Well that's 2 minutes of my life I'm never getting back.
  4. A two for Juan deal.
  5. We have a lot of forwards, so I would be willing to sell to a club outside of the Championship. If his confidence is shot and he performs poorly, there is the option of trying to offload him during the winter window.
  6. League One is where they deserve to be. As an old rhyme goes "just for a season it'll be fun, then fuck you all you Pompey scum"

    Will Still

We talk about the Championship being absolutely dire near the bottom but it just shows how you can't afford to get complacent for a season no matter the league you're in. Don't expect Luton will be down for long though, and they were correct to put money towards facility improvements.
  8. Keep and get rid next summer. I don't want to ever see him in a Premier League shirt ever again, but would be silly to discount him if only for his 2023-24 performance.
  9. If Leicester sign Rohl then I hope we take them apart next year.
  10. Not convinced by this defender but if Wood is going then I suppose it’s an acceptable replacement. Less kids though SR, we really have enough already to work with.
  11. We’re going to smash them.
  12. For me it’s a combination of that and also that it’s not like, a Newcastle or Man City situation. This prospective owner is “just some guy” without much wealth than SR. Would just be another massive upheaval for little benefit in a critical period.
  13. Not what we need this summer.
  14. Here goes... I'd like us to take a look at Ragnar Ache. 18 goals in the 2. Bundesliga this term for Kaiserslautern. Has height, power and good reflexes. 26 years old and just had his best season yet, so potential to grow with us and become even better. Kaiserslautern finished 7th this season, but have spent most of the last decade in the third tier and mid-table second tier. 1 year left on his contract. I think we'd have the sway financially and prestige-wise to take him off their hands. Hard to find updated highlights on YouTube especially from this season but here's one from last year.

    Let's keep

This isn’t CEX you know. We won’t be able to flog 20 odd players
  16. Bournemouth again I guess.
  17. Whatever, it's done. Drawing a line under this season. Never want to think about it again. All eyes on transfer activity for the next 2 months now.
  18. Spurs 4-1 down at Brighton. 17th place with 38 points. Will Postecoglou be sacked? If it is to be so, it surely shows progress from the Spurs board, learning that they should wait until after a final to sack a manager instead of doing it before.
  19. Simply not a footballer. Get him gone.
  20. Smallbone, you're going to Hull buddy.
  21. See ya Ugochukwu. You've been our best loan player this season for sure. Not like that means much though.
  22. Sunderland 2005/06 We're coming for you
