Why hasn’t the lowlife been sacked yet?! I’m bloody furious. If this isn’t bringing the club into disrepute what is?????
-
By old friend do you mean chatGPT? Amazed 66 people have fallen for this.
-
Sorry but surely this was not instigated by the club? Some child looking short legged jelly baby with a iPhone positioned half behind a tree???? Could it be that this absolute sado did this on his own accord? Hopefully that’s what the club are building evidence for. Why he hasn’t been sacked immediately is beyond me. This club every year tries to outdo itself as the banter club for neutrals. Someone like this should never be allowed near a professional man’s club, in his mum’s basement playing football manager at best.

The brass band has done its thing and given us our customary slow start then. As I said yesterday, most people don’t seem to realise the damage the spying has done. Boro wouldn’t be playing like they’re possessed in these games without that. It’s probably lost us the play offs and who knows how severe the punishment will be. We aren’t going to be flush with cash so a fine could be incredibly damaging. A sizable fine could keep us down for many years. Not to mention our reputation being in the gutter for next few years. The individuals behind the spying need to be thrown under the bus and then reversed over a few times (figuratively speaking). It’s starting to sound like whoever is involved did it on their own accord. We must now look more mucky than that lot down the road in most neutral fans eyes. Let that sink in.

If Fellows starts I will be fucking fuming. Feel like we’ve lost an edge since Matsuki got injured. We need him back and up top.
-
Anything but that fuck awful brass band that turns the whole stadium into a wake. I genuinely believe it’s played a part in our demise as we have a habit of starting slow. Does any club in the whole country still have a brass band? Doubt it. Clearly someone high up that has a hard on for them.

Is it just me or is the idea to spy absolutely nonsensical? Like Charlie Austin said the other day, there are 40+ games for you to watch to get an idea of how a team plays. Not to mention during a game you can sus out their tactics pretty early on and adapt. The whole thing lit a fire under Boro which as made these games very difficult now. Not to mention that the club and fans are now tainted for many years as cheats. Whoever is behind all this should be sacked immediately. Will go some way to placate the EFL.

I know I get a lot of stick on here for having my own views but I hope you can all agree we played noticeably better with Charles and Matsuki on the pitch. We absolutely cannot play Fellows on Tuesday. Can’t stand the guy. Need to get rid in the summer regardless of what league we are in.
-
We have no outlet. Fellows is going to cost us this game. Get Matsuki on now.
-
Please not Fellows!!!! Imagine having a winger that can’t score a goal?!
-
Home fixture for the playoffs is key. Cannot have passengers like Fellows and Edozie at the sharp end of the pitch. Fingers crossed Matsuki is fit.
-
Get George Long on for the lols. Shit keepers can score headers.
-
Lost on penalties to Aston Villa. Apparently O’Brien-Whitmarsh scored from his own half. Anyone got a video of it?
-
Great game of football and the players and Tonda can keep their heads high but think Tonda shit the bed playing Fellows. The guy has 0 goals in 43 games of football this season. Matsuki should have been playing instead in the front 3. Jelert should have come on for Wellington. We need to play the form players in the last few games if we are going to go up.
-
Tom Fellows is pointless. Can’t have an attacking player that only passes backwards. Matsuki to come on and get the winner.
-
He’s going to start Cameron Archer against Man City in the FA cup semi final isn’t he?
-
The only mugs are you lot who never engage in debate, just interested in playing the man on here. Either you lot can’t admit I’m right or have nothing to come back with. The weak traits this club can’t shake like sentiment is what kept us from doing what Leicester did, from being where Brighton and Bournemouth are now. Do you think they’d throw in their third choice striker as a starter for the last few games run in to get promoted? It absolutely stinks of small club mentality and you all know it. As I’m feeling indulgent tonight, interesting to see Bournemouth going with Marco Rose as their new manager which was my pick to replace Still here. My first ever post on here if anyone wants to fact check. Let’s see next season how shrewd Bournemouth get on with my pick. Remember, play the game not the man guys.

I called this as the banana skin in the automatic promotion chase thread. Sooner or later you guys are going to start listening. Sentiment has always been an Achilles heel of this club, one of many. Archer starting killed the game before it started. Hes been all over the club’s socials like it’s some little charity operation that wants an excuse to hand out participation trophies. This one is on Tonda. No room for sentiment when you are pushing for promotion. Also his preference for Wood over Quarshie is just plain weird.

Well done to all the fans wanking off over Archer. Got to watch the idiot play most the game now. What is it with this club rewarding mediocrity? It’s a real problem. You can’t have 20 shit games and then perform in some cameos and then you’re instantly back in the starting line up. Hope this doesn’t cost us tonight otherwise the fans are to blame.

Not a wind up account. Just laced with a bit intellectual humour because I can’t help myself. I would agree with you but I think people forget the early days of Baz and us having 70% plus possession under Martinball. If you called Baz out back then you would be met with same comments as I’m getting about Bragg. He's young, plays games in the champ so must be at that level, is trying his hardest, we need to back him etc. I've genuinely got nothing against Bragg and have said a number of times I watched him in the u21s and thought he was one of the better players. The core point I made was that he shouldn’t be starting over Charles. When fit we all know that Downes is playing as the sitting mid, so the other CM position with more attacking intent is the one up for grabs. Just on raw talent and ability Charles is obviously ahead of Bragg in that queue. But of course the more important factor is that Charles is actually an attacking mid and scores goals. Big goals that change and win games. With Charles latest performance I think we can put this to bed now.

Just seen Charles came on and changed the game….again. Wonder when those apologies are going to arrive 🍿
-
Never had X. Would you play him over Charles? Simple yes and no answers from all detractors on here.

Fair points but this is exactly the same stuff that was being said about Bazunu. People were saying he’s young, had a good season with Portsmouth, needs time to develop, going to be some player etc. I could see right from the start that the fundamental skills required to even be a competent keeper were not there and that’s not stuff you can ever learn. Archer for example is not going to one day start banging them in like Harland. I’m not trying to claim I have a better eye, for me it’s common sense that certain attributes can’t be improved no matter how much training or games you play. Players seem to be able to hide behind their age and when things are going well and the team is winning their contribution (or lack of) is wrapped up in the teams overall performance. Oh we beat a poor Blackburn team comfortably so Bragg must have had a good game. Every player must have had a good game if we won. The fact everyone is raving about Archer because he had one good game is a perfect example. The fact of the matter is it will probably be as hard for you to point out what he’s good at as it is for me to point out what he’s bad at. There in lies the crux of my point, he’s a nothing player. As I said I’ve been to quite a few of the U21 games this year and he’s looked one of the better players but not a stand out. Any one of the u21 CMs could be playing in this team and go unnoticed like him. We were told Sesay was the next to come through. What happened to him? Tonda clearly has a soft spot for Bragg which is why he’s the only u21 getting a chance. His involvement came out of nowhere and at a time where the u21 manager got promoted. All of it points to pure circumstance rather than merit. Unfortunately most fans can’t see the wood for the trees until 8 months down the line when the thought pops in their mind that a player actually hasn’t done sweet fuck all ever and is actually a bad player.

I’m usually ahead of the curve. Can bookmark this for when the penny drops for everyone. I called Bazunu out after his first game and look how that turned out and Martin the night he was confirmed as our manager. Sure with hindsight everyone thinks those were obvious calls but back then people thought I was being unfair on them. Conversely I back much maligned players like Onuachu and Matsuki who then turn out to be decent. Said Onuachu would have fired us to the title in this league and everyone laughed and said he was a donkey. Currently sits on 22 goals in 25 games and his team are a few points off top. Everyone was slating Matsuki and singing the praises of average joe Fellows and look how important Matsuki is now. I’m not always right, looks like I’ve been wrong about Tonda. But it’s no different than race horses, it’s all about pedigree and track record. I’m not a huge fan of Charles but he’s already producing moments or brilliance and being the man for the big occasion. It’s no surprise prem teams including Man U are sniffing around him. Who’s scouting Bragg? Nobody because he’s not got a high ceiling. He’s only playing because Tonda was in the u21s and goes unnoticed in one of the best squads in the league. It’s really not rocket science. When it comes to Bragg, he has all the ingredients of a league 1 player if he reaches his full potential. I’ve been to around 6 u21 games this season and he looked competent but no better than some of the other players like Merry, Ackachukwu, Awe etc who coincidently have all been on loan to league 1/2 clubs.
