I really don't know that's wrong with me today. I can't even drink out of a cup because I'm shaking so much. I've tried the usual permutations of fixing it. Snickers, Coffee, Cold Drink, Alcohol, w*nk, yet I'm still shaking. I did have a bit of a messy one last night, but I don't usually shake after it. Am I going to die?

They do one at my local leisure centre I think. I work for a bill and bob company with 5 people so I there is no risk of anyone else having already done it!

How do you put yourself forward? Do you go to where they do first aid courses and say 'hello, i'd like to be my works first aid rep'.

I honestly didn't believe there was an 'N'. Spent f*cking ages looking! The other 2 I found in about 2 seconds.

Saw a young 11 year old boy knocked off his bike this morning. Looked like a broken leg or worst to me. He could barely move and was in agony. The driver collapsed by the side of the road crying and didn't have a clue what to do. A few other drivers had stopped to help and had called an ambulance and were comforting the little lad. So I've decided to go on a first aid course so that if I ever see anything like that again or similar I can at least get involved and help until the ambulance arrive. I feel pretty f*cking lousy. Has anyone taken a course before? How much do they tend to cost? Are they easy? How long do they take?

Just because they offered more surely doesn't mean they had more? Our owner has 2.5 billion to his name. I don't think we could ask for anyone more wealthy!

More good news for Saints. Don't know why everyone feels sorry for him? He's done an average job and done well in his press conferences. It's sad for anyone to lose their job, but I'm sure he'll be picked up elsewhere. He was off set to work in Egypt t'other day!

Amen to that! We could do with a good leader in the back 4 to keep things together. I know he wasn't great by any means, but we've looked a great deal weaker in the back 4 IMO ever since Claus retired.
