The thing is, players like Redmond, Boufal and co are confidence players, Ralph has this wonderful thing about him that the last three managers didn’t have, personality and positivity. You tell a player like redmond, boufal etc that you want them to take a man on, it doesn’t matter if you lose the ball - get it back etc etc and it comes of a few times, they get the arm round the shoulder told they are world beaters, all that nonsense.
