working at university i have access to some sporting types who have advised me on things to do to prevent cramp etc. So salt and sugar lumps before the game it is then :-)

Right Gaffer, i have started running in a bid to prevent my dodgy calf going again and now play twice a week too. So i will either be too knackered come May or injured :-)
James doent tackle or win headers when at RB. Our most succesfull period ws a settled team and not imo down to james being at RB..
