Whilst the kiddies have been having hissy fits on here about conspiracies bigger than JFK - has anyone bothered to look and the transfers of EX-international players from OUTSIDE the EU into the THIRD tier of English Football? I cant find one, so if we did appeal we would be setting the precedent. If someone can find one, then please post it.

As pointed out on the other thread, he is an ex international applying to play in the 3rd level of the league system - its probably not enough points on the visa/permit form. Might stand a good chance on appeals if a precedent could be found.
