I am pleased they survived as we need the rivalry to keep us focused. I doubt they will do much more than league 1 with the size of fan base. For those who think it does not work then I am pretty sure Barcelona are owned by their fans who vote for a President/Board every 3 to 5 years and then leave them to manage the club. I may be wrong on some of these points so please correct me. From the Saints point perspective - if PFC can get 2,000 fans chipping in a grand each then we would certainly get 5000 to 10,000 = 5 to 10milion. So if it all goes pear shaped with NC we do have a back up plan. And big enough to compete in the Championship/Prem? And for the record I would be happy to be President at slightly less than NC gets. One year in the job then retire before the cyber warriors destroy me - with a million in the bank - its a plan!!
