If i was in a position of power I'd bin off SR, I'd would get rid of Martin, or at the very least get someone in above him who knows what they are doing, and he has to answer to (caveat: I think he's way to full of himself to go for that). Ideally get New manager, someone like Moyes, give him control over all football matters, no more theory, just pragmatism, consolidate and build from there.
