TBF, I thought Bertrand was far worse than he actualy is, was really poor last year for Villa I thought, but has been a brilliant signing for us.

Cork is a cracking player, and he'd be a miss, but if he wants either more money, or wants to move on then he can go. He's not first choice, and as much of a good player he is, theres no point in paying him over what we want to. I'm not convinced that we've only just offered him a contract, i'm sure that something was mooted in the summer, but never made it out in public. Now we're just turning up the screw and want to make a decision as we need to replace him in the summer if not. Maybe we'll bring in a top CM if we sell Morgan and then Reed will step in for Cork. Lets be fair, Cork has barely played this season and Reed is more than good enough to play.

Think you're only allowed 1 player from the same club, and 2 domestic loans. Think you can have up to 4 international loans on top of that. Something like that anyway.

I don't think there is anyway of saving Osvaldo, he's a loose cannon, and better off away from our club. Lets not forget the bloke nutted our Captain!

Met him in Sheffield the night we got nocked out the cup. He said he was gutted he was never given a chance to shine in the prem. Loved his time with us, and said he'd offer more than Mayuka ever has - struggle to disagree! Nice bloke.

Not been impressed with Mings. Was chatting to some Ipswich fans before the game last night, and they said if they can get £10m for him, then get rid. Seems very leggy to me without great technical ability, however if this can be trained into him, then I can see him being a decent player. At the moment though, not good enough to play in the Prem IMO.

Going up Friday on the 6:30 flight from Soton, back on Monday afternoon - absolutely buzzing for this one! COYS. Top night out, great city, friendly locals, and another opportunity for an away win. We would have won there last season if it wasn't for Hooiveld.

No games in this league are "easy", but atleast we do have the cup weekend, and 1 league game in about 3 weeks. It could be worse.

Thats 11 players so clearly Toby wasn't meant to be there. TBF though, the predicted XI could be well off the mark. Can't see Cork starting after playing Monday night.

Reed in for Morgan and Targett in for Bertrand would be my only expected changes. Possibly Tadic will start.

Leaving at lunch time, anyone recommend where to park or any pubs to go to? Looks like its the Riverside Hotel next to the station of the Punch and Judy (Brewers Fayre). Might just park in the town centre and find a pub there. It all seems pretty close.

Think Targett will play - Has played in all our cup games this year. However he'll definitely be in the squad so wouldn't have played last night.

Can you not buy them over the phone and then pick them up at the ground? I used to do this all the time in League one when I made late decisions to go to away games. I have one spare concession ticket you can have if thats any help.
