Said the same thing coming out of the ground on Sunday, however I don't see a place for him in the team at the moment - still not sure where he plays.

Would be very tempted to start with Mane and Elia, Pelle up top, Tadic on the bench. However it leaves us pretty weak from the bench. If we get get ahead I think we'll see it out.

The problem is he is absolutely brilliant at what he does, and we have arguably missed him when he's played deeper recently. But the problem is he doesn't offer enough going forward. Will certainly be interesting to see what happens once everyone is fit.

Agree - think he actually looked quite decent at the start of this season, and would be a good addition to our squad at the moment. He has hardly set the world alight at Hull though. Interested to see what would happen if he came back and was integrated back into the squad for next season.

Would be tempted to switch to 3-5-2, however I'm not sure you can get Elia and Mane in the side if we play like that, I'd go with: Forster Clyne Fonte Alderweireld Bertrand (Targett if banned) Wanyama Morgan Davis Mane Pelle Elia Think he'll start JWP though, as he seems to like him. Also would be tempted to play Wanyama and Reed or Morgan and Reed - bit of a gamble sticking in two CM's who have just come back from injury.

Clubs get more desperate so they over pay, and if clubs are desperate then they offer the players more money.

Makes players more expensive, players get paid more, cost of going to football goes up etc...

Makes sense that we're not in for another striker, however I wouldn't like to have to rely on him for a long period if Pelle got injured.

Updated after the weekends results. Everyone else seems to be picking up and being more consistent recently. Got a chance to pick up a few points on people next week though, with Man Utd playing West Ham, Liverpool playing Everton, and Spurs playing Arsenal. It's not over yet...
