I think we're a better attacking unit with Puncheon playing, the supply isn't good enough from Lallana at the moment.

Thought he was better than the last few games, but didn't do an awful lot.

Why hasn't he been playing every week? He was one of the first names on the teamsheet under Adkins, now lucky if he gets on the pitch! Is much more effective than Lallana for us.

Agree, has been involved in some vital wins for us, seems that since he's signed his contract, he's now on the bench, even though Lallana's form has been poor.

Would have liked Puncheon to start instead of Lallana, lets hope Adam can pick up his form.

Great post from Chez. I was there yesterday and I didn't even realise they were singing Abide With Me. Whether that was the speaker system I don't know but wasn't great. Man city fans weren't great just seemed to want to sing about Mancini whereas Wigan actually got behind their team despite being heavily outnumbered. As for the result, Wigan were the better side all game. They fully deserved that!(especially as I had a tenner on a Wigan win)

I would keep Rickie, and think he's still got a bit part to play, but in Cortese's European dream is going to be realised, then we need a more mobile striker to play on CB's shoulders with a bit of pace. Should also get the best out of Gaston.

Starters.... Boruc, Clyne Shaw Yoshi, Cork Morgan, Gaston J-Rod Rest squad players. Deadwood out.

Never been to Brighton, so want them to go up, not been to Watford for about 5 years so them as 2nd choice, the other 2 I went to last year so don't really want them to goup.

Chelsea have Azpiliqueta, and Clyne is the sort of player who wants to play every week. He's superb and our club won't want to sell him unless for stupid money. A lot of fans know we need some kind of back up for the full back positions, so no surprise we're after another RB.

I reckon it's J-Rod.

Would have a look at Trippier and Ince, not fussed by the rest though. Trippier isn't good enough to get in ahead of Clyne and sounds like the Gamez deal is pretty much done.
