Fair play to those that went up last night. I didn't get up there due to work unfortunately, but the ones that did sung their hearts out - came across very well on the TV.

He hasn't been at the races for the last few months for whatever reason. Touch has been off and also seems to be drifting wide a lot like he did in Adkins first year with us. Thought J-Rod was again the better of the two last night.

Lallana had a shocker tonight. Thought Fox actually had a pretty decent game. Ramirez not fit. Both CMs's massively underperformed. Lambert looked disinterested.

Luke Shaw coming on.

Morgan, Davis, Ramirez, Lallana, Yoshida, Lambert, not been good enough at all tonight. Don't think we've actually been THAT bad in the normal positions. (Fox, Fonte). Swansea and QPR games are now HUGE.

One of the worst games I've seen Schneiderlin have for us for a long time if not ever.

Once again Lallana out of position, Fox left with 2, another **** deflection, another 'unlucky' goal...but you earn luck. Got to do better.

Hope it's not a 442. Even if it means Lambert drops in behind J-Rod it would be better. Playing 442 will cause us big problems in the middle IMO.

Despite being a striker, J-Rod offers far more defensively than Punch IMO. Also we can change that formation, Could be a midfield 3 of Davis, Morgan and Lallana with J-Rod and Gaston either side of Rickie. Rickie in the whole behind J-Rod with Lallana and Gaston wide. Lambert up top with Gaston playing behind with J-rod and Lallana wide would be my bet though. Lots of fluidity available though.

Yer think it'll be an expensive weekend, but another ground I havent been to before to tick off and always a good night out. Plus I have quite a few mates around Liverpool so go stay with them for the weekend. Be nice to get a result there.

Be interesting to see what happens in goal. Saints said they were taking the Boruc incident very seriously, rumours of Gazza going out on loan and not been in the squad for a few weeks, and Davis not being good enough..

It will only sell out if we go and pick up a few points in November. If we can pick up 10 points before we play Liverpool, then yes I think it'll sell out. Otherwise, I'll be surprised if we get 1500 up there. Although there was good numbers at Everton, and Liverpool is a cracking night out,
