But we were in a better league then, where they wouldnt be challenging our first team players. Were they goign to fit in a midtable prem side - unlikely.

This is the problem, I like Holmes, but his body just can't take it.

But then what goes in the main forum? It's not like we're chatting about 100 players here, just ones we're linked with. Especially in the off season, we might as well just stick all the rumours for individual posts on the main board. If they're not popular, then they'll just fall off the bottom of the page, not really a massive issue....

Morgan, Chaplow and Hammond are hardly our 'youth' players. Plus they play in the centre of the park, they're going to get cards. Chaplow is a dirty player, no doubt about it.

How did he get on there ? Is he L2 standard? If he is then I don't see the point in keeping him, as he's probably not going to grow with the squad.

Send him out on loan to L1 club, see how he gets on. Hasnt dont it so far and needs to either do it or move on now I think. Don't think he did brilliantly at Stockport last year ?

Sounds like a poorer version of Lallana.....would a 'speed merchant' be a better fit?

I massively rate Schneiderlin, he has clear ability. Just sometimes goes missing a bit.

My choice would be Hammond +1. Though I believe that Cork and Schneiderlin are good enough to be first choice. It will probably differ depending on the opposition. Difficult decisions...maybe he's hoping one of them is injured
