Did you sing the rugby version of 'Tie me Kangaroo down sport'? Do you remember how it goes?
-
Johnny, I clicked that link and I too wept...with despair. A great song ruined, that should be removed from the internet IMO. The words 'Sinead O'Connor' and 'singing' should not be used in the same sentence IMO. She has to be one of the worst 'singers' to have ever walked this earth IMO. The original is a classic IMO and I hope it gets to Number 1 again this year, I heard it played on Remembrance Sunday and had a little cry. PS I quite like Rolf Harris

You have clearly given this subject a lot of thought, well done. I do get your point though, so here goes just 4 U. 1/ I am the current holder of the "most coins dropped from elbow and caught in the same hand" title at my place of work. 2/ I once met Michael Jackson at Beaulieu motor museum and he held my baby nephew whilst Liberace looked on. 3/ I once had a nosebleed that lasted for TWO hours.

Right after reading that I got up and stretched. This was followed by a bout of dizziness and I promptly fainted. Wound up bashing the computer desk with me back and ending up on me arse thinking WTF just happened? Is there something wrong with me??

If you is good at the fourplay, you don't be needing no artificial lubrication. Having said that, my favourite is mayonnaise, Hellman's of course.

I had a spell recently where PayPal (the devil's spawn) held funds until my customers had left positive feedback or 20 odd days had passed. I was bemused as to why they had picked on me! Actually caused a wee cashflow problem at the time, but sorted now. The real reason I persevere is for the E-BAY USB crimbo lights, anyone else get a set last year? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/EBAY-USB-XMAS-LIGHTS-NEW-IN-ORIGINAL-BOXES_W0QQitemZ320318892045QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item320318892045&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1301|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318 Wonder what they'll come up with this year?

Beautiful things IMO. Anyone seen the one at Itchen Valley Country Park? Perfect in every way, I'd love one that size in my garden. I reckon that we are so backward in this country sometimes. Nut sure 'bout the top of the avenue though, far too may selfish idiots banging into each other there already, making me late for work.

Ash, did you sell the CD's as a bulk listing and they are saying that one is missing from the consignment? If so, you could offer a pro-rata discount as a damage limitation basis. If it was a relatively small transaction, I would condsider offering the refund ONLY after they promise to leave good feedback. In my experience there are a small minority of 'chancers' on E-Bay, as in any other line of business. I've had similar experiences on E-bay and now make it absolutely crystal clear in my listings that I obtain POP's. It more or less stopped overnight. And don't forget that feedback is a two way street. I used to leave feedback early, when I got paid quickly, but again, I learnt the hard way. If you are selling, hold back until they have left it for you, then you have reserved your right to reply, and have a further opportunity to leave separate feedback if a problem materialises. I nearly gave up on E-bay altogether a while ago, but IMHO it is still a good way of obtaining a few quid in a crisis by having a clear out, and it's still a good way of opening alternative income streams if you have a good line to sell and know how to automate it.

Agreed but, and JP is learning too. I reckon mid table at Christmas, then a fall in the aftermath of departures in January, and hopefully a surge again in March, April and May. I reserve the right to change my mind though after the next match.

I don't know what others think, but despite the recent results, i get the impression that Jan is developing and learning the English game at a pace now. The second half yesterday was very much in the old 'hell for leather' style that wins games in this league, I think the players took the initiative. Just imagine what the score could have been playing that way with 11 players! Even the inept refereeing would not have stopped us mauling them. Top of the league? They are most definitely having a laugh. I for one let my head drop after their second goal, but the players did not. And once again The Northam, The Itchen, The Chapel and Kingsland dug in and 'we became that 11th man, we gave them a bloody good game of football. More blood and guts football I say, and for the time being, under Jan Portvliet. COYFR's

Great that the name lives on in Southampton. Does Kevin Gibbens still play for them?

http://www.pixyland.org/SiteFinanceHist2008.html Jeeps, he runs that site for ONLY $277! Not bad for a site with over 10,000,000 hits - That's 10 Mi££ion (count 'em). No subscription? How can this be so? Makes donations to charities too! Blimey!

In your dreams?

I thought it might be because Tony hasn't got his old mucker 'Arry around to tell him what the correct score 'might' be!

Who doesn't?
