You couldn't be more wrong and I would go as far as to say that we were better today than last Saturday. I'm temtpted to say especially first half, but we were just as good until the final 10 minutes, when the legs went. We pressed and hounded them out of sight, we played some lovely football and some excellent pieces of individual skill. We played as a unit, with shape and a togetherness that I havent seen for a ling time. We will be just fine playing like that and go up with an automatic place. Yes, we do need to brush up on our finishing, but please do not underestimate tonights performance, we made top of the league look like school kids. We didnt get the rub of the green, but that's football. Your post, supports the theory that there should be a separate thread for those that went to the match and those that didn't. I'm sure those that went will be as equally as gutted as i am we dont have all three points, but don't let that detract from an execellent performance. Most of the corporates still use boolean logic search engines in their ATS apllications, which delivers a scored response based on key words and the agencies certainly do. Your right that technology has moved on and there are "conceptual search engines" that link words to other words and factor in the word grouping etc, but dont get to carried away with the algorithm weightings.... Which work well with pre screening questions and branching questions, but are still hit and miss with CV Searching, plus the fact that the main provider was aquired by a competitor, who promtly dropped the "Conceptual and algorhymic search" engine as no one could explain exactly how it worked. and none the less there are ways around them all.....find the job on the corporate site, right click mouse "view source" and scroll down, you can still see the weighting on most of them and act accordingly

Fool the search engines that the corporates and agencies use. Find out the two or three core skills of the job, write these at the bottom of the CV multiple times and then change the font to white.
