  1. I didn't say it was exclusively my theory
  2. Well that puts my shirt unveiling theory to rest as well. How bizarre. What's the tone of Pardews notes?
  3. No, that was emailed in by someone who, like us, has no real idea.
  4. Check out the percentages now, Glasgow.
  5. Where I was it was all very light hearted. He got applause when his name was read out pre-match, and was jeered (but took it all in good humour) in his warm up whenever he missed a practice shot.
  6. There's one steward in the northam (some on here might know who i'm talking about) who never stops trudging up and down asking you to take to your seats. I saw him when they all lined up down the front, tucking his glasses safely in his inside coat pocket and zipping it right up to his chin before taking a "ready" stance. Made me chuckle.
  7. When is the players dinner thing, when the official one of these is usually announced?
  8. Doing all the goals of the promotion games in order, so to speak. So you can see how the table changed as the games unfolded, rather than having the Leeds game first and knowing straight off how things ended up.
  9. When I first saw the signs up, I immediately thought of this; http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=22304 IMO they had planned to unveil one of the new kits and start selling them, but for some reason that had to be scrapped. Perhaps they didn't get the stock in time? Or something was wrong with the shirts? Who knows.
  10. That post was a reply to Delldays who gave examples of the Sheffield Wednesday fans throwing punches at Clint Hill, and the Luton fans attacking the York players.
  11. "Beep. Must. Score. Goals. Beep."
  12. This, he was just delighted at reaching 20 goals.
  13. Would the ash cloud have added a few hours onto his plane trip?
  14. Just use those, there weren't any other ones. I'd vote for Lambert V Dons to be honest.
  15. Good vid on Saintsplayer of the lap of honour. Some of the WAGs look lovely. Glad to see Barnard there, I didn't notice him at the time - thought there was a rift or something.
  16. Don't, please just don't. In fact edit your post quick before Dalek sees it.
  17. Doesn't stop it being ridiculous.
  18. If they were on sale before 10.30 there must be SOMEONE who bought one?
  19. Claridge? Ignore it then, the bloke knows sod all and just spouts off paper talk pretending to be ITK.
  20. No I mean at his peak he will be a good league one target man Might just cut it in the lower CCC, but definitely no higher.
  21. I know, I was just saying that it should be taken with a pinch of salt.
  22. Spooned all his chances but won a fair amount of headers V Jaidi. Will be a good league one target man.
  23. "Heard that" is the same as reading it on here. I heard that Paul Allen had bought the club a few years ago.
  24. I take it you weren't there? It was patronising to the extreme and completely unnecessary, everyone was practically asleep until he started all that.
  25. Martin looked like he'd played there for 15 years, Chamberlain looked very dangerous. Promising stuff.
