I think James is quality - in midfield, where his average pace doesn't really make a difference. At RB though he does struggle on the defensive side of things, which is why I would like to see Thomas there for the time being. I think a new RB is needed in january though, as we can't keep saying "they'll do a job till Murty gets fit again".

The main thing that impresses me about him is that he has pace and a willingness to run to the byline. Only being 19 he still has time to improve his technical side of the game, but his mentality is fantastic already (or is was before he was double subbed).
