Which isn't as bad as I first feared - it honestly looked like a break at the time.

Delldays you complain about being called negative when you think you are being realistic - fair enough. But I have said that I can see the improvements in the team, and that i'm certain we will have a table topping side by the start of next season. For this I have been called (indirectly) a happy clapper with no ambition. Nearly everyone who has said "I will be happy finishing outside the relegation zone this season" has followed it up with "But I will expect automatic promotion next year". Sounds like ambition to me.

I'm not honestly so sure he'll be playing though, which is why I think it's a weird one.

And only for a month :confused: Do they have a load of short term midfield injuries or something?

What HAVE we seen Delldays? Performances that have greatly improved week after week. Why is it then silly to assume that they will CONTINUE to improve and we will get our first win sometime soon?

This is the point though Delldays. On here does not f*cking matter. The results we've been getting do not reflect the improvements that have been made. As for an earlier point Alpine made about Pardew getting his substitutions wrong V Charlton, I wholeheartedly disagree. We spent the last 5 minutes in Charltons half, most of it within 25 yards of their goal. We finished up with a point against the league leaders with a 100% win record - i'd say he got it spot on.

I got through about a minute before I felt too depressed for all of them.

Well I thought it was crap to be honest. Graphics were great and the commentary is lightyears ahead of Pro Evo, but it just doesn't feel like you could play it for hours on end.

Meh, he has potential and i'm willing to keep him for that. FWIW I agree, there are NO excuses for not winning this. However, I can still see the progress that's being made and I will stand by what I said at the start of the season - I will be happy if we stay up this year, but next year nothing less than promotion will be acceptable.
