Very clever long term way to get round FFP. Hoover up 50 young players at less than a million each and sell them on within the next 5 years for 10 times that amount or more, plus make more money back from sell on fees and extra clauses. Once you've got into that cycle a few years in you've got a steady revenue stream each summer coming in. That amount won't even include loan fees received for the hordes going out on loan.

I'm not asking for a team of Galacticos, just something like this would do me... I'm not saying "we have made a load of money so we WILL win the league". I'm saying we have a budget that is far superior to every other team except possibly Leicesters, and so we should be aiming to challenge for the title. I don't want us to be midtable after 10 games talking about making progress game by game and pushing our way up the table. I want to see some ambition for once.
