  1. All you've heard all game is the Man U fans and a little bit of flag waving sends the commentator into a masterbation frenzy.
  2. Murphy is shit.
  3. Got his toes caught in the ground and it yanked his foot right back. Really funny. Who knew charging in recklessly could come back to bite you.
  4. Nah, just a nice 4 or 5-0, nothing to enjoy about the game at all.
  5. That's just nonsense. The amount of shots he's let in that were straight at him or the time he threw the ball in his own net...we would be at least 6 points better off with a stronger keeper in goal, and honestly probably more than that.
  6. Eh? He's really not. Absolute quality.
  7. Today was almost freeing for me. Usually after a loss I am furious for half an hour before I calm down. Today was just acceptance. Not sure i'll even pay attention to our games too much for the rest of this season, might head to some non-league games instead.
  8. Fair point, I was just addressing the claim that we don't have a "best 11" when I would argue that is it and it hasn't been tried together. Every player I listed that didn't play today has put in performances superior to those playing instead of them - yes, including Caballero for Bazunu who looked much more composed and confident. I would have Mccarthy in but he's "injured".
  9. I'm particularly worried about both West Ham and Everton coming down with us, they'd dominate the league while we scrape about for the play-offs at best.
  10. I never said it was going to be a wonder team, just that I believe with the players available that's the formation and team that would work best together and it's not once ever been tried.
  11. Me neither. Caballero KWP DCC Salisu Perraud JWP Lavia Alcaraz Sulemana Onuachu Edozie
  12. It'll be longer than a season.
  13. Looked at his best wide right or left, today he played through the centre and when it wasn't working he kept dropping into CM to pick up the ball?
  14. Wasn't it reported that Saints enquired about Ings but he wasn't interested in coming back?
  15. Lets not rewrite things here, Leeds were awful too. It wasn't a game where either team could win it, but it was certainly a game where either team could have lost it.
  16. Of course it's possible. The win at Chelsea means we got the 3 points we would have expected to from the last two games. However, losing the Leeds game despite another new era shows that we just aren't capable of getting the big results when it's required. We will get the odd win throughout the rest of the season but not the 6 or 7 we need to keep us up. With those set of results we'd be 1 point off safety it's true, but then we're facing United away, Spurs at home, West Ham away, City at home in the next four games. Everyone else would pick up a few points in those rounds of fixtures while we will, in all likelihood, get nothing. Selles needs to ring the changes in the next game.
  17. Yep. He has cost us games, this is undeniable. You could stomach this at his age if there were also games where he had kept us in it - there aren't any. He has shown improvement, and when we go down I actually would be OK with us keeping him as our number one, but a better keeper may have made the difference in keeping us in this league. There is definitely something dodgy in the amount of money we spent on City youngsters under a guy who came from City and then left within 6 months.
  18. Those players would have made enough of a difference to our fortunes that they'd deserve wages to the top end of our pay scale.
  19. In a season where Pope, Henderson, Leno and Navas were all available for less than we spent on him as well.
  20. Improvement in his overall game but still weak when it really matters. Get the young lad wanking all day to build up some strength in those wrists.
  21. I'd love to punch Ayling and wipe that shit eating grin off his face.
  22. Why are our centrebacks so completely useless at attacking set pieces?
  23. Chances are he wouldn't have because Forster's positioning and close range reflexes was always excellent.
  24. Referee booking Lavia now for interrupting Bamfords time wasting.
  25. Yep, too many winnable games wasted with that nutter in charge.
