Beating Derby 1-0 away with a great performance and coming back from 2-0 down away to Preston to win 3-2 in the last minute are the only highlights from that season. Possibly the last minute freekick from Saejis away to Watford, and the class counter attacking goal Lallana scored away to QPR. Seeing Michael Svensson in the team after so long out was incredible too, even if it did all end in tears again.

I'd imagine there's also a bit of fear in the owners now that they could spend £25-30million and have us STILL go down, thinking that money would then have been better served spent next summer.

I remember the march to St Marys to protest against Lowe (think it was before a game v Swansea?) being rubbished on here, people were adamant it would be about 10 people turning up and be an absolute wash out. I'd have a lot more trust and respect for SR running our club is they were able to admit their mistakes and attempt to rectify them.
