Sign an experienced goalkeeper whose contract is running down - Yann Sommer, Ron Robert Ziegler or Timo Horn jump out at me. Spend big on a striker - Marcus Thurman is one I like. Those two positions are the bare minimum we need to be able to stay up. The third is tricky to decide between DM and AM but Lavia seems to be made of glass so I'll go for a defensive midfielder, someone who could be available is Elneny who is also out of contract in the summer.

We only fought relegation in the season before Ralph came. Season before that we finished 8th and got to the league cup final, and before that we were competing in the top 6 (finishing 3 points off top 4 one season) and playing in Europe.
