The biggest worry for me is his comments about the way we played v Burnley working, and that we would continue to play that way. If he was still working to find a new formation and style of play that suited the players then I'd be more willing to keep him but I don't know how many more games of that **** I can sit through. This season on a whole he's stopped taking players on which is when he looked at his best. I wish we'd stick him and Tadic on their natural sides for a run of games rather than just a 10 minute period every now and then. Redmond got a great cross in from the right yesterday whereas out on the left he's constantly cutting back and inside where he either runs into traffic or just passes the ball backwards.

I absolutely would. He'd figure out a system that works with these players - most likely the three at the back he played when Pelle got injured, with Shane Long up top and Gabbiadini taking Manes place.

Said it all season but Gabbiadini is completely ineffective when playing up front on his own. No idea why he escapes criticism, with the crowd even booing the decision to take him off yesterday after he did nothing all game except put an easy header way off target.

Whilst it was embarrassing and utterly stupid, the announcement wasn't THAT clear, especially not to those who may have been p*ssed up. All the announcer said was there would be a moments silence following the Last Post - nothing about the end being signalled by the referees whistle. I don't know why they didn't just stick to the minutes silence begun and ended by the refs whistle. But all of this gives me an opportunity to raise this point...that I don't think these things should be happening in the weeks leading up to remembrance Sunday anyway. There was a game LAST weekend that had one because they wouldn't be playing at home again until after next weekend...2 weeks before the actual event, not even in November. It reeks of clubs just doing it for the sake of it and not wanting to risk being seen as disrespectful, which in turn just devalues the tribute.
