This for me more than anything else is what will get him sacked. His attitude is disgusting.
-
Yeah it's been an issue since Killick came in. They're fully (over) commited.
-
Social media, twitter in particular, love sharing fake images of incidents and making them viral. Having said that the image in question if you reverse search it doesn't return any historical results. Seriously hope he's doing ok because if he was genuinely in that wreck, it looks bad.

I went to my local non-league team, Dorchester today. They went 1-0 up then had a dodgy red card and penalty given against them, went in at half time 2-1 down. The players and fans came out for the second half angry and up for the challenge - and ended up winning the game 4-2. That kind of resilience, determination and ACTUAL bravery I don't remember ever seeing in a Russell Martin Saints team. I'll be sticking to watching the Magpies from now on.

So brave, so proud.

Watch us win and the result of the match be nullified due to them playing an ineligible player.
-
I agree but it seems more and more like that is what they've committed to.
-
At least when we go down we can have another go at actually winning the league.
-
Yep, we need to come to terms with it. The board have decided they're keeping him even after relegation, their target is to be in the Prem for the 27/28 season and anything that happens in the interim is irrelevant.
-
Was it not a piss take aimed at Martin? Didn't think it was meant to be funny, more pointing out how ridiculous it is that anyone would prioritise possession over creating chances.
-
You haven't been following that entire conversation. We weren't talking about the likes of Fernandes and Dibling.
-
I think it's nonsense that his style of play is negative. Similar to Koeman for me, just taking advantage of pace and strength to get the ball into attacking areas as regularly as possible. I also point out he's won a European trophy with West Ham.
-
Trust the process.
-
Then make him interested. Contract till the end of the season only with a huge bonus if we stay up. Even if we do stay up he's not tied into anything, if we go down everyone will know the damage was done before he came in.
-
The idea behind the plan is that by the time the team comes back up the majority of them will have had 2 years together instead of the usual 1.
-
Best benchmark for me is the fact that we've conceded 9 goals due to unforced errors compared to the next worst team who conceded 5. Before last night's game, we made 20 unforced errors which led to shots on goal - more than the next two worst teams combined.
-
It might get to the point where we have to just suck it up and accept the plan was always to accept relegation and come back stronger, as if we're a Blackpool or Wigan instead of a club that's been in the top flight for the majority of the last 40 years and played in Europe and multiple cup finals.

Moyes is the best option and I don't agree the squad are unsuited to his methods. We have Onuachu, BBD and Cornet who have all proven to be aerial threats in the past, we have pace in the side in Armstrong, Sulemana and Archer, we have creative midfielders in Fernandes and Dibling (and Lallana). Moyes could get this squad competing I have no doubt about it.

Amazing at what. Can we please get a Jack Stephens highlights video put together by Russell.
-
Knew he'd ignore the blatant systemic issues due to the good signs that were there. Burying his head in the sand.
-
If anyone can link to his post match interview either with prime or Solent that would be appreciated.

There literally isn't one mate.

If this site had a search function I'd be happy to provide them.

Some of us were predicting it last season
