A professional striker should be doing a hell of a lot better than Adam Armstrong did with that 1v1 but there's not loads of posts discussing that. In fact there were zero after the match until I mentioned it. His decision making in that moment to lazily attempt to chip a keeper who was stood in front of him while the left side of the goal was gaping is far worse than anything Bazunu did yesterday. He sticks that in to make it 3-2 and their freak deflection goal never happens which weirdly some people were blaming Bazunu for rather than the midfields awful attempt to block the shot.

That was right in front of us and was pretty poor. Contrast to Edoize who earlier in the season was doing the same, now he's chasing back, making tackles and winning back possession deep in our half. I'm sure they'll drill it in to him because as Martin has said in interviews if one player doesn't run it affects the whole team. Everything else about him is so good to watch though. I'd start him every match.

Main problem we have now is that if we get to 100 the word doesn't fit properly in the song so we'll need a new one.

He's scored a lot this season and far out performed most expectations but could so easily have 5-7 more goals. The training ground corner in the first half was also worked well until he ballooned the shot into the back row of the Northam.

The one in the first half was down our end so could see it quite clearly. It probably should have been given. No idea about Manning because it was up the other end but the consensus seems to be a poor effort at a dive.

To be fair to the ref he added 13 minutes on partly because of their time wasting which could have been crucial if the game was level at 90 minutes. He wasn't any worse than the normal championship refs.

Just had a quick look. Very disappointing to see that we lost today and the unbeaten run was over. It's strange because I swear that when I left the ground we had won but I must have been dreaming or something because it states in definitive terms on this thread that the game was over and we had lost.

Dibling could be the most exciting academy player for a good while. I've heard so much good stuff about him over the past few years from a few parents of kids who played for Saints Youth. My favourite was when Saints rocked up to a tournament a few years ago and representatives of other clubs were waiting for the Saints coach to arrive to see if he was there. One chap from Man Utd was happy because he said they had a full back that no one could dribble past, that he bosses every winger he plays against and they wanted to see him against Dibling. Halfway through the first half Dibling had roasted the full back numerous times and by half time had scored a hat trick.

They'll surely make a load of changes which gives us a vague chance if we go strong. There's a bunch of games before then so selection will be dictated by what happens with those and what injuries we pick up.
