Brilliant result and a fantastic way to win. I'm so happy that we have beaten Brighton at their place with a last minute goal. -
The markets and commentators have Huddersfield as favourites in this two horse race. I would prefer the points in the bag, it would be typical Saints to smash Brighton today and loose to Plymouth.
-
Sorry to say but these updates on your fictitious results that have us finishing third offer nothing to the discussion.

Huddersfield just taken the lead

I can't decide during this obligatory GoH whether we should give them a slow double high w@nker, a rapid single low w@nker or a fancy high low combo.
-
I would go back and pis s on that hard bit of turf that the ball bounced up to Adrian fu**in Heath.
-
I would go back and warn Rickie to calm the tackling down so as to not get sent off against Brighton at the Withdean as he is vital to the run in.

Thanks this bank holiday thing is confusing me, thought it was friday all day yesterday and got knocky with a shop keeper over what day the euro millions was on until he pointed out that yesterday was Thursday, left the shop with my tail between my legs.

If we remain in second place tonight I will be over joyed. Lets see if the club stealers can do us a favour. Anyway I do believe we will beat Brighton so whatever happens tonight we will be second tomorrow night.

Ahh the square hats, a short lived fad. My mate collected them and had at last count 22 (last count being 1987). I took a Celtic panel out of another hat and stuck that in my Saints hat. Talking of the Brighton game I was living in Sussex at the time and watching Brighton home and away (but a committed Saints fan) and was in the North Stand home end. They must have held the Saints fans back for a while because the away end was empty, then suddenly there was this roar and the Saints fans came running up the steps to the top and streamed down the terraces, it was like watching the Zulu arriving. It was impressive to a sixteen year old Saints fan. After the game I had my mate (the hat collector) square up to me, so I had to scrap my way out of the North Stand. Ahhh they were the days.

Never mind the shirt ... what about the badge?
Fan The Flames replied to Saint 76er's topic in The Saints
Thats right the old Southampton black badge contain the symbols of Hampshire, the Tudor Rose and Crown, but these are the symbols of the monarchy and in my opinion shouldn't be on our football clubs badge. We have no connection with them, apart form the Queen being forced to present the cup to us, she has probably forgot we even exist. -

The 1885 badge is rubbish, what has the fu#king queen got to do with SFC. -
Thats why I called them deniers, but it all sound's so childish.

http://www.soccerbase.com/teams/team.sd?search=Southampton&team_id=2471&type=team#teamTabs=h2h We generally beat them but every 25 years they have a little purple patch against us, bless them.

Why is Forte called Quick on this and other threads, doesn't Forte mean strong or loud.
-
I find reading the rivalry deniers on here as cringy as those BHA fans on their site. I'm pi##ed off we didn't match Brighton this season and I hope we give them a beating on Saturday as they will help in small to make me feel a bit better.

That is the nuts, love it.

There is going to be more and more of these tough decisions in the future as the debate on service delivery models continues between general hospitals and centres of excellance. Those making this decision will no doubt defend the accusation that this service review is about cuts as it is clinically believed that less bigger units will improve outcomes for more people. This means however that more people will be inconvenienced more often by having to travel longer differences but this should be weighed up against the improvement of outcomes. Will would all like every type of service on our doorstep but this can not be the case for every community, so as a nation we have to decide what we want, more local services or better ones. Personally I think Southampton has a good chance of survival if the 7 unit model is prefered and that Leicester is the unit in jeopardy and no doubt the people in that area will be campaigning for their unit as well. I only hope that the decison is made on clinical grounds only and that it will improve the lot for everyone and I wish all those children involved the best of luck. -
MLT stole it off Marsden's feet, its a shame as Chrissy was just about to unleash a screamer.
