  1. The club were involved in the tributes at Wolves on Sunday.
  2. Good set of results that brings us within three points of Bournemouth just as we are about to play them. Do the business on Saturday and we are above them and in a good position.
  3. Ok this season with 5 south coast clubs, 2 of whom we are fighting for promotion with, against next season; 4 south coast clubs, 1 of whom will be pompey is in my opinion 17% more mental. That's takes into account my dad being a Plymouth fan other wise it would be more. Is that answer better, what's your opinion Hypo or are you just here policing others.
  4. I don't think Chairman, CEO etc show be included in chants. It's an old song I'm surprised it crossed over. But I do like the Saints will tear you apart again.
  5. Outside of London we are the biggest club in the South, Saints are the South.
  6. Can't see anyone moaning about BWP, just people discussing how the competition was one.
  7. I can only think of two league clubs that have gone into liquidation, Newport County and Maidstone. With due respect to those clubs they are small tiddlers in the football pool. I dont know anything of the Newport story but Maidstone, a new league side, didn't have a ground at the time and had spent all their money trying the get planning on about three different sites. Plymouth may not be a massive club but with the assets they have I reckon a buyer will be found.
  8. The difference between BHA and SFC is that Gus Poyet has taken the team through the transistion to a passing side. It wasn't without its detectors either and last season there were a lot of Brighton fans moaning. I believe that NA wants to do the same with us but due to the pressure to get results from the club and the fans, he can't do it quickly. Brighton could afford to waste part of a season doing said transition, where as we have to make every season count.
  9. Very sad news, a great player for us and I was gutted when Spurs came back for him. Disliked Hoddle even more after that. I do recall he was diagnosed with something whilst at Spurs. RIP Dean.
  10. Illic est glorior mediocris There is glory in mediocrity
  11. I love Danny as a player. Thank you very much Mrs Wallace, thank you very much, thank you very very very much. Was this sung or did I imagine it.
  12. Well done.
  13. I do like the way you have assumed the role of this forums moral guardian, pointing the way with your cryptic messages, like this one;
  14. My point exactly, within a minute The Dell D!ck appears. So bored with it he his constantly cruising the thread with little patronising replies trying to close down the debate.
  15. Funny how those going on about how bored they are, which is generally the last argument when all else has failed, are those same people that pop up on all the NC/LM threads.
  16. How do you know these thoughts of Charlton, read them in the press or has he told you personally.
  17. Mate can't you see it, you moan about LM unhelpfully 'running to the press' at the drop of a hat, but then just do the same by commenting on here without reading the article. Your cop out of saying something is boring is devoid of any substance. So maybe you should practice what you preach and think before you get involved
  18. I don't think it was pathetic, the NC speculation wasn't needed, it didn't add anything to the piece. When can we expect to see other, non controversial, player profile drafts.
  19. A lot of football fans see it as their right to moan about their club no matter what and teh internet has given them the perfect platform to inflict their moans on the world. However I do not see anything wrong in people asking difficult questions that are important to them no matter how well we are playing.
  20. So youre going to be like a terrace guardian angel, are you going to wear a red bomber jacket and beret with loads of badges on it.
  21. We can afford for Charlton to go upto 5 points clear of us as we will thrash them home and away.
  22. It's a shame you couldn't put it to one side. Wether you like it or not LM is entitled to voice his opinion and because he is slightly more famous than you his opinion is more likely to be reported.
  23. I hope he is, but I doubt it; it's cuddly speech for his management technique. More important is our own reaction, if chanting is a democracy then next time people boo then those who don't agree should stand up and applaud or sing his name.
  24. Booooo didn't even get to double figures before the knockers came a knocking. Well done LM, one of the great building blocks of our beloved club.
