I'm disgusted with the retards on this forum that think that these actions are in any way acceptable or funny. Rivalry and banter between citys and teams is fine and a bit of fun but the increasing intensity of this ritualised hatred of Pompey is pathetic, a lot of idiots think that this blind hatred is part of being a Saints fan. Well grow up people, near me in Swanley a guy died recently when little feral ****s stoned cars on the M20, and this could have happened with this family, so to condone it, laugh about it or be excited because it adds the rivalry means you are supporting and encouraging actions that could have killed people. The retards on here are worse than the ****s that did it, the gutless ****s on here get off on examples of violence because in their stupid minds it somehow illustrates how important this pathetic hatred with pompey is and the tacit rep of Saints fans that goes with it. But they applaud acts of violence that if there was no pompey connection they would condemn and they applaud violence that they themselves are too scared to get involved in. Bunch of ****s.

Why, do you want to co-ordinate your face paint and jesters hat.

What made him a Saints fan?

They looked good last season, very pacey and strong down the wings. We scored a great goal then proceeded to try and play the ball over the top at every opportunity, which they snuffed out with ease. We hit the post (that would have been a cracker) and the bar and then Barnard had too long to think about his effort. In the end a draw was fair but only because we choose to play regressive football.

Good lad.

Fabrice Fernandes, didn't he smash into a few parked cars whilst ****ed. Didn't Beattie do the same going to get a kebab.

The winner against MK Cons was brilliant. The second against LO away was joyous for the shear relief and the ten minutes of singing afterwards.

Saints, Brighton, Walsall, Weds, Exeter and Carlisle

Good belt and braces analysis. -
It was certainly compelling, we broke into little camps all over the place and spent months intrenched having the same argument with the same people. At one stage I could bore for England on the internal politics of Southampton FC.

Jesus that means I have spent more time than I should on here for over 6 years.

It will definitely be; lose, draw, win for us in the last three games. So for it to be automatic will all depend on Huddersfield's results which I haven't got a clue about.

Used to go there when I was visiting my mate at Kingston Poly, remember one summers evening when we all ended up in the river. With regards to Brentford, I've always ended up in the New Inn which is alright.

Poyet compares us with Dagenham and Redbridge

The ground cost £93 million and is under written by multiple millionaire Tony Bloom, so they just might have a bit of cash to splash this summer, by all accounts they pay good wages. They could do a S****horpe, a Leicester or a Norwich who knows. -
Just what we need another thread telling fans how it is. Where are all these fans demanding Barca style play I haven't seen any on here or spoken to any. All I see is supportive fans giving an honest appraisal of the situation and some games this season we have played below the standard we can play and that happens to 99% of teams what ever division they are in. So it's not a characteristic of fans who can not come to terms with our lowly position but a characteristic of all fans the world over. At end of day it seems the vast majority of Saints fans are right behind the team and enjoying the season.

I don't get why people are so down on the FLS, so what that the title sequence doesn't show footballers and yeah the email bit is pointless but at the end of the day you are guaranteed to see Saints goals every week. Before the FLS you would have to hope to snatch the final goal of the game on the news.

When you consider what was comment zero then Gus Poyet, the Brighton fans and the board have been acting like a bunch of ***ts ever since.

Northampton, the away end in the eighties was a cage and it was no surprise it caused people to act like animals. Aldershot **** ground and the locals threw **** into the away end. Gillingham, Walsall's old ground, Twerton Park, Selhurts, Old Den there were loads of dumps in the eighties and nineties.

South Coast Club from News International when we banned photographers. But secretly Brighton see us as their South Coast Cousins, we're the cooler, harder cousin into better music and nicer birds and Brighton are the ones trying to hang out with us and coughing on their fag.

Cheers mate, there is still a long way to go with more twists and turns ahead. Good luck, I pray it's us. The pressure we are putting on each other is emmence.
-
I thought they would show a bit more of the game and there was no build up scenes, surely the beeb has a responsibility to feed the worlds demand to see the Third Division Champions. I know I'm left unsatisfied.
-
I was thinking the same.
-
Poyet was right we just hit it into their box, the box where the goal is. Surely we are not going to stand for this unsportsmanlike behaviour and we must ask the league to chalk at least one of those goals of, because Im sure Poyet will not want their goal to stand afterall it wasn't the result of a beautiful passage of play so they wont want to be associated with it.

It doesn't mean nothing, it's an indication that they can beat teams from the league above, that coupled with the fact that they have just boshed this division leads me to think that they might be ok next season. and it's just as valid as your therory of 'its a big step up for div 1 to Championship', beacuse Leeds, Norwich and Millwall didn't find the step up that difficult and of the previous 15 promoted teams ten of them are still in the Champ or higher.
