If he signs with Saints he'll be able to afford a Corsa GT with big bore exhaust (and a less shi t hat).

Over training or training of the wrong sort is as big a problem as under training. Professional clubs have structured programmes which monitor every players physical response - from which you can determine what they individually need. doing your own training on the side makes no sense. Anyone remeber how Lallana came back from close season in 2012 looking like he'd been doing weights and steroids? took him months to lose it and gain the mobility he had before.

Some people should be made to read it afresh everytime before they post.

In isolation its pathetic, but teamed with the slopey forehead and spots, its an informed view.

I reckon Chambers will likely prove himself as first choice this season, but I really like Clyne. It would be great to find some way of working them both into the team without shoving Clyne into left back
-
It was a tweet from their striker, a fellow Croatian. Wouldnt read too much into it.
-
No-one putting Chambers in at rb? He's been outstanding from what Ive seen of him preseason (highlights only so far).

His thought processes are fried. Believing a random blog about a fictious spanish air traffic controller despite the Spanish confirming the account is bogus and that no Spaniards worked in Ukrainian air traffic control is just the latest.

I guess what he means is that of the top level GKs you rarely see any who stand out as being head and shoulders above their peers in the way that Ronaldo, Suarez etc do

Would be perfect. Has played in Russia before too so if he can handle that culture / weather shock he'll be fine here.

I think QPR offered him huge wages but he didnt really want to go there so he stalled on signing to see if anyone better would match them. They didnt.

Sky Sources: New 5 Year Contract offered to Jay Rodriguez

Not just a tedious nut, but a conspiracist tedious nut. Wow. -
Quite. Im not sure who people think we can attract that is so much better than Jos and is prepared to come and be fourth choice cb at a mid table side.
-
We need to sign another striker. Then I'd keep Sharp as backup until Rodriguez is fit again. Mayauka should be shipped out, his touch is so heavy and his shooting poor.

People have become shallow arse wipes obsessed with 'cool' brands and money as far as I can tell. Its always existed of course but we seem to be heading towards just having having three or four acceptable brands for cars / football clubs / phones etc with everything elese being branded second rate not worthy of support.

The Russians are making all kinds of claims, most of them ludicrous. I have never seen a government lie as directly as the Russians, particulalrly Lavrov, have over the past 6 months. 1. That they arent arming the rebels. Where else did these brand new Russian made uniforms and weapons come from in a land locked area hemmed in by Ukraine and Russia? 2. MH17 was tracked by a Ukrainian SU25 fighter. The SU25 is an aging ground attack aircraft with an altitude ceiling of 23,000 feet. The only air to air missiles it is capable of carrying are light and short range with a tiny 3kg warhead not capable of blowing apart a 777 in mid air. 3. They have put up low resolution photos of supposed Ukrainian army BUK units operating in rebel controlled territory. It is impossible to identify anything from those photos, except that when deployed the unit was alone. An AA battery has no form of self defence. nobody would send it out into enemy territory without some kind of armoured column to protect it. The rebels shot down the aircraft, probably unintentionally, with arms supplied by Russia. The only question is whether Putin knew in advance http://rt.com/news/174412-malaysia-plane-russia-ukraine/

I'd be surprised if Man U went for him as a first choice player. They see themselves as Champions elect - a 19 year old left back and 22 yr old CB in the same team is too risky.
-
Thats more a sign hes going than anything else. If he was staying he'd have been watching the team at Swindon, injured or not.

The biggest problem for us seems to be competing on wages. Given the amount we've banked (or will bank) in transfer fees maybe some of that cash would be better used on fat signing on bonuses to attract players.

Depends. If its fully cleared up he could be a total bargain. If he has lingering effects he may never be as good again.

No, at cb

Tristan, he's very particular about that!
