Quite simple Nick, support those bottom dwellers down the road. You come across over the whole thread, as having some sympathy. Simple, force the FA to change it's rules on under age contracts, if, when they sign professional terms, they should have to sign for 5 years. This would stop top clubs poaching them, then sitting them in reserve teams for years.
