As you say, he was banging on about Scotland owning a "9%" share of the Bank of England based on dividing up assets on a per capita basis. Yet, when it comes to the oil he wants to divide it up on a geographical basis. The last time I looked the Bank of England was 100% in England... Cake and eat it Mr Salmond...?
