  1. Trousers ‏@Lord_Trousers @Pompeys12thMan If "purchase not dependant on pledges" I don't see how it affects court case dealing with purchase. Not clear, that's all. Sj Maskell ‏@SjMaskell @Lord_Trousers@Pompeys12thMan Then - Purchase of stadium not dependant on pledges = Robinson. Purchase of club from HNW money in escrow. Translation anyone?
  2. Nagoya blue ‏@nagoyapompey @Lord_Trousers @Pompeys12thMan scummer trousers, why do you care? Get back on #scumweb and get posting on your massive masturbation thread.
  3. I was thinking about this only this morning.....spooky....
  4. Maybe it's a backhanded compliment to us in that the media are used to a progressive club such as Saints playing a low average aged side whereas for an established Premier League club of the likes of Villa it's a departure from how they usually go about maintaining their Premier League status. The fact that we go under the radar is a sign that we've been doing things right for longer than Villa.
  5. @GraemeBailey: "My sources tell me Butland will definitley NOT be a Birmingham player next season" Good stuff from @Dorselator http://t.co/I6TcDYvK
  6. Maybe in the interests of "transparency" they should publish a copy of the letter from their solicitors who have advised them not to disclose the figure...
  7. Is that the same Kanu whose case was going to court "very soon" back in August...?
  8. And the stock retort when the questioning gets a little too tricky.... BackThePSTbid ‏@Pompeys12thMan Loving the concern shown by our dear neighbours.. It's heartwarming to know you all care for us so much. Merry Christmas to you all #PUP
  9. Oh well, I tried.... BackThePSTbid ‏@Pompeys12thMan @Lord_Trousers Money coming into the PST will be used for the acquisition of the club. Trousers ‏@Lord_Trousers @Pompeys12thMan Extract from tweet from 18th Oct: Sj Maskell@SjMaskell Purchase not dependant on pledges which will cover running costs BackThePSTbid ‏@Pompeys12thMan @Lord_Trousers @sjmaskell Doesn't say solely on running costs unless I'm mistaken? Part of acquisition has running costs built into it.. Trousers ‏@Lord_Trousers @Pompeys12thMan If "purchase not dependant on pledges" I don't see how it affects court case dealing with purchase. Not clear, that's all.
  10. Couldn't find anything about it in the PST prospectus but found these old tweets from October.... Steve Grant ‏@SteveGrant1983 @SjMaskell What's the timescale for converting pledges to actual money? Also, presumably still need to negotiate with a ****ed-off Chainrai Sj Maskell ‏@SjMaskell @SteveGrant1983 3 - 4 months Purchase & FC rule payments not dependant on pledges which will cover running costs. Tin Hat on for BC incoming
  11. Erm...not exactly....where's MLG when we need someone to go in for the kill....? BackThePSTbid ‏@Pompeys12thMan It's a sensitive case going though the judicial system and not allowed to divulge certain information. Trousers ‏@Lord_Trousers @Pompeys12thMan How does the no. of converted pledges affect a court case dealing with the valuation of the ground? Logically unconnected? BackThePSTbid ‏@Pompeys12thMan @Lord_Trousers are you saying if you buy a business you show your hand and tell the other party what you have? That would be strange? Trousers ‏@Lord_Trousers @Pompeys12thMan I thought the £1,000 donations were to cover future running costs, not the initial purchase? BackThePSTbid ‏@Pompeys12thMan @Lord_Trousers Money coming into the PST will be used for the acquisition of the club. Hmmm....I could've sworn the PST purchase 'manifesto' stated that the £1000 donations were for future running costs, not for the initial purchase of the assets? Can anyone help me out here with a link? Or maybe I dreamt that bit?

  13. @Pompeys12thMan: With each passing day the bid gets stronger. Each pledge conversion and new share purchased strengthens the PST position #BackThePSTBid

All we need is one decent hi-res modern day photograph of the landing site. Just one. Not too much to ask in the year 2012 is it?
