There's already a big telescope that can take close up hi-res photos of the luna landing sites? Why on Earth (pun intended) haven't they taken any photos in the ensuing 6 years? If something's so easy to prove why not prove it...?

This is the thing that irks me most about the media coverage of this saga...When quoting the levels of debt that Pompey have racked up over the last 5+ years, they rarely, if ever, quote the full amount - i.e. c.£150m. The BBC will only ever state the CVA2 figure of £62m, thus wiping the absolute debt of CVA1 from history. Just because Pompey keep diluting the debt but that doesn't mean the debt never happened. Lazy and/or naive and/or incompetent journalism. Take your pick.

If we'd unearthed this stuff before now it may never have got as far the humiliation phase we appear to be witnessing unravel before our very eyes this week. Sorry, what I meant is that this two days court case was supposed to be about PKF asking the judge to value the ground at the value the Trust want rather than what Chainrai wants. All Trev has done is ask for the case to be put off for 28 days. If the judge says "no, we will go ahead with the case now" that only leaves a few hours left of a 2 day case to go ahead with the case. The scenario you paint is what would happen if PKF lost the case but I think you're saying the valuation case wouldn't go ahead at all? Sorry I'm not being clear in what I mean (it's been a long day)
