If Redknapp can be found "innocent" because of a technicality (i.e. laptop seized but later discovered that someone didn't fill out the right search form or suchlike) then you should be OK..... Even if it does get as far as the court all you have to do is point out to the judge that the photograph (which the prosecution will no doubt present a copy of) was taken at night time and not in daylight... Case dismissed... p.s. why were you speeding...?

My understanding is/was that Chainrai/Portpin hadn't actually failed the Owners and Directors test, rather they had been advised that they were unlikely to pass it at that moment in time due to needing to satisfy the FL on a couple of outstanding points. Who's to say that they haven't subsequently addressed those points?

Thought: would it be such a big deal if it WAS proven to be a fake? What do those who are adamant that it happened hope to achieve by pouring scorn on those who believe it didn't happen? Different opinions are good, surely?
