Why is the conversation always about "more" money rather than spending the existing levels (or lower) more wisely and efficiently than it currently is...? Case in point.... The nasty Tories have raised spending on the NHS to record levels (as a percentage of GDP) and yet it's still rubbish in many areas of its operation and delivery. Surely the Labour Party (for example) can run it much better than the Tories using the same record budget levels....?
