'Getting it' is one thing. Doing something about it is another. Don't the league club chairmen and CEOs have annual or bi-annual meetings? Will any of them have the balls to deal with fellow clubs that bend the rules at these meetings as opposed to the ineffectual practice of bleating about it in a token effort fashion to the media?
