  1. A laugh-out-loud article but anyone else slightly gutted that, for the first time in 997 pages, a journo got to a piece of information before us...? "Further research shows a lawyer jailed for dealing crystal meth and a pro gambler who is the subject of a grand jury investigation in Oklahoma have owned shares in his Cala Corporation."
  2. I would venture that is the majority view amongst Saints fans. (outside the fantasy world of the Saints Web Forum of course) ;-)
  3. You, sir, have the awareness of Harry Redknapp... ;-)
  4. Cheers - good stuff. :-)
  5. P.s. What's the low down on any more signings? Ta :-)
  6. Go on.... :-)
  7. ^This
  8. Like it :-)
  9. I think I may have to vomit
  10. Indeed....I'm sure The Sun would be VERY interested in publishing a story about that. Seriously.
  11. Indeed. The London Gazette shows the issue date as 3rd January
  12. Erm....and the previous £32m is airbrushed from history....?
  13. Hmmmm....interesting....so why is it taking PFC2010 longer to go into administration than North One Sport I wonder....? Especially when PFC2010 have more debt and cash flow issues than North One (presumably?) Edit: so, the administrator for North One was appointed on 10th January. Which means that from that date onwards.....drum roll......CSI and PFC were "one single economic entity"....?
  14. Because that's what people expect to happen. It's human nature....it's like whenever there's, say, a transport disaster, people will spend days/weeks/months talking about how to prevent another rare event happening than highlight how well it works most of the time. In other words, human beings love nothing more than a good old moan at stuff!
  15. Yeah, agree in all seriousness....was just venting one's spleen at people walking free for the wrong reasons.
  16. Yeah...sorry....epic fail on my part..... That's twice I've been wrong this decade now. Sheesh
  17. Lee to wear shirt No.42 (apologies if already posted)
  18. FFS....that's what annoys me about 'justice' in this country....people more often than not "get away with it" due to technicalities or procedure errors rather than the evidence itself being tainted. Yes, I know that "human rights" take precident over the validity of the evidence but it still wrankles. I predict 'Arry will be found "not guilty"....not becasue he's necessarily innocent but because of a technicallity. Waste of tax payer's money. Hmmpff (for those of us that pay all our taxes of course....) Edit: Surely a jury are clever enough to work out whether the evidence is still reliable if they are informed as to the procedural errors made in collecting it? As long as the caveats are known then let the jury decide. FFS
  19. Any idea if that's because of a legality (i.e. the administrator of a subsidiary has to be the same as the parent company) or is it more a matter of that's what tends to happen 99% of the time due to convenience/continuity/etc? Don't forget we're not dealing with a "normal" business here....!
  20. BBC Solent Sport @solentsport New Japanese media posse for #saintsfc matches - extra match day pies need ordering, or maybe a new menu? Adam worried pic.twitter.com/vt9v1MF4
  21. Alas (for Redknapp), claiming "ignorance" is not a valid defence in a court of law. One assumes the judge will direct the jury accordingly....
  22. BBC Solent Sport @solentsport #Pompey boss Michael Appleton tells us he's had no other conversations with managers about his players since Ipswich last wk re Ward/Pearce
  23. I hope this Billy Sharp smokescreen doesn't scupper the impending 'phase 3' of the Hooper bid....
