  1. Too much common sense in one post sir. Please scale back in future. Thanks ๐Ÿ‘
  2. Too Earley...?
  3. If only Lord D was on a wind-up looking for bites rather than being serious...
  4. If I have to point them out maybe they're not as obvious as I thought...
  5. The more I watch his pre-match press conferences the more I'm convinced he either reads this forum, or knows someone who does (there's one or two obvious candidates... ). He quite often defends himself about stuff that's written on here without being prompted. Not as overt as Jones' obvious direct/indirectly presence on here, but a similar vibe. Maybe if he could shoehorn the phrase: "No, it's not a load of pony" into the next press conference we'd know for sure.... ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜ƒ (Hello Russell, by the way... Can we have more performances like the first half against Leeds please? Cheers!)
  6. More chance of seeing the long awaited Salisu signing on photos than seeing Ross Stewart playing this side of Christmas I reckon...
  7. Saints 1 Birmingham 2
  8. The one game this season where RM ditched the 'keep ball' philosophy and played more direct tactics, in particular in the first half...? Maybe it was just a coincidence that that was our best winning margin of the season so far...
  9. Not sure if I can wait until the last game of the season
  10. Won't we most likely be in the same league next season though...?

  12. Russell Martin has lifted the lid a little on why Stuart Armstrong's performance levels tailed off the last couple of seasons. Good to hear he's back in a good place mentally & physically... (From 20m 45s)
  13. Yep, it's showing up on the Now TV app as being available...
  14. Probably best you avoid my adopted county (Devon)... almost every word has an extra few Rs chucked in for good measure edit: actually, I may be mistaking extra R's for multiple A's... E.g. Trrrraaaacter

  16. I actually thought he was half decent at right back when he started for us there a few games back (can't remember which game). But then he had his trademark brain-fart after about 20 - 30 mins which led to us conceding the first goal.
  17. Cheers for the feedback/anecdotes guys. Appreciated ๐Ÿ‘
  18. 8/10 #textbook
  19. Greetings fellow Saintswebbers, I'm contemplating buying a used car for my daughter from one of these new fangled online retailers... e.g. Cinch, Cazoo, etc. Being an old fashioned kinda chap, I would usually avoid these sort of places like the plague but my brother recently had a good experience buying a car for his son from Cinch, so I'm tempted to give it a go.... Would appreciate hearing any experiences anyone else has had with buying a car from these sites, in particular Cinch, just in case my brother's good experience was the exception rather than the rule (a quick peek at Cinch's online reviews suggests most people have a positive experience but, being a professional cynic, I'm never entirely convinced about the authenticity of online reviews). Cheers in advance comrades
  20. Kings Cross apparently https://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/23870525.weather-leaves-southampton-fans-travel-chaos-ahead-hull-city/?ref=socialflow&fbclid=IwAR34GMPz2r1XT_-iPqszsCpDUP3jvPsyRx_IfzsziglGFD9O-sJD1ykCBQo
  21. Anyone else got a hunch that we're not going to see him this side of Christmas...? #glasshalffull
  22. Yeah, I get the logic, but given all "newspapers" have an online / realtime presence these days, all that happens is said newspapers just post their "scoops" online at 10:30pm... It's not like the old days where the first you heard about something was when the physical newspaper landed on your doormat... There's no real difference these days between a broadcaster, such as BBC Radio Solent, and a newspaper, such as the Daily Echo, in terms of how they publish their "news"... I.e. usually on Twitter, or whatever it's called these days...
  23. The main conspiracy theory I'm working on at the moment is that either or both of you is/are the long lamented Saintbletch. Spookily similar traits... I'll keep you posted on the outcome of my investigations....
