I suspect we don't charge for beer, wine, babysham, etc, but probably draw the line at the opposition's management team relieving the club bar of it's stock of Krug Clos Du Mesnil 1995
Out of curiosity.....Why didn't we have a team photo taken at the beginning of the season.....? It's almost as if someone knew the manager was going to be replaced at some point..... ;-)
Leftback,
Not wishing to be funny, but any chance you could break your posts down into paragraphs and maybe look at putting capitals at the start of sentences, etc. Would just make your posts easier to read.
Thanks.
Who's civil liberties was he closing down? The victims of crime?
(and, yes, I'm probably way out of my intellectual depth on this subject, so do your worse!)
Yeah...just spotted that. Good job I wasn't agreeing with these mystery cynics I was alluding to....
Still, those same cynics could always point the figure at someone in the civil service with an equally devious mind....
Talking of the BBC (which I was....to myself), I see they are running with the leaked letter between Liam Fox and David Cameron about defence cuts as their lead story.
It's a good job I'm not a cynic as I'd be inclined to question the 'coincidence' of the timing of this, on the day after the rumblings between 'old new Labour' and 'new new Labour' following Mr Ed's speech....
But given I'm obviously not a cynic I have to say that such conjecture is simply anti-BBC nonsense....
*wink*
Corrected it for you ;-)
(*The original sentence is quite possible grammatically correct but pretending it isn't is potentially more humourous than not. Or, there again....)
In other words, whilst I understand that, as a human being, Pardew was hacked off with 'his card being marked', he (seemingly) dealt with it in an unprofessional manner?
When will the laBour Broadcasting Company wheel out mssrs Blair, Brown, Campbell, Mandleson etc for an interview and opinion on Mr Ed's speech?
Let me know when it's safe to start holding my breath....
;-)
