That's a subtle rewording of ITV's earlier message... i.e. that the announcement is "expected by around 10pm"

One would imagine this Pannick fella knows a thing or two about filibustering in order to drag things out to the point where the EFL has no choice but to postpone the final...? #wishfulthinking

Gotta be good, surely?

Don't know what you're talking about.... I've only ever posted it once...

If only so @Lord Duckhunter can pop in afterwards and tell us we were all "nods" for even contemplating it could be overturned...

One suggestion is that its better to lose the initial hearing and then win the appeal, as the EFL can't then appeal the appeal.... Dunno... Who knows...

Would it be reasonable to assume the longer the appeal goes on tonight the more chance there is of a different outcome to yesterday? In other words, if there's no significant new evidence then the new judge / panel is likely to rubber stamp the original verdict relatively quickly...?

I think we'll need @stfrancisofbenali's to comment on Spors' supposed innocence first, given his post earlier today

Nah... I'm sure @stevegrant has invested our fivers wisely in new fit-for-purpose platform infrastructure.... #banter

I've been asking this all day... Do we know if today's judge / panel is from the same company as yesterday's panel, or completely different? If the former then, yes, I agree with you (FWIW, I don't think there's any chance of us winning the appeal either way)
