Isn't the captain allowed to 'confront' the referee without getting booked? Bertrand was the captain at the time and he wasn't a million miles away from the incident. IIRC he just stood there with his head in his hands after their second went in? Again, I'm not saying that haranguing the ref would have achieved anything but for the captain not to seemingly vent any anger just seems to epitomise the resigned attitude of the team as a whole in recent times.
