Yep, great to see the mods starting to take action against those posters whose primary objective is to post stuff that riles other posters masquerading as a "different opinion"...
I'm guessing there'll be a fair amount of rotation for this game, so perhaps a line-up something along these lines...?
Forster
Martina
Yoshida
VvD
McQueen
Romeu
Hojbjerg
Davis
Sims
Tadic
Long
Subs: Taylor, Bertrand, Fonte, Reed, JWP, Boufal, JRod
Spurs deserved the victory overall but the scoreline flattered them a tad IMO.
A lucky deflected assist for their equaliser and then another fortunate deflected assist for the 3rd goal, which killed the game off at a point where we could have still nicked a point.
At the half way stage of the season, we're still 4 places above where we were at the same stage last year with a cup semi final to come, so still too early to cast judgement on where our season will end up. That said, Puel has a tough job on his hands to match Koeman's second half of the season performance last time around.
Three points against WBA at the weekend and we'll be ahead of the curve again.
Apologies for the "nauseating positive spin"...
The Redmond pull-back was outside the area. Shouldn't have been a penalty but red card probably fair.
But why did Dean take so long to dish out the red card? Surely should have been instant if it was that clear cut?
